These terms govern your use of AI Lessons (AiLessons.co.uk). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to them.

Subscriptions and billing

• Free Starter Pass — £0. Access to the first three lessons, with no payment details required.
• Pro Unlimited — £19 per month, billed automatically each month to your payment method until cancelled.
• Team Pass — £499 per year, billed automatically each year until cancelled, covering up to 10 team accounts.
• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from your account settings via the "Manage Subscription" link, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, which will only apply from your next renewal.

Digital content access

AI Lessons supplies digital content that is made available immediately upon successful payment. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply of the digital content has begun. Your statutory rights for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality are unaffected — contact support@ailessons.co.uk and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law.

Intellectual property

All lessons, written content, audio recordings, custom prompt templates, frameworks, branding and site design are the intellectual property of AI Lessons. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own learning and internal business work. You may use prompt templates in your own workflows, but you may not resell, republish, redistribute, scrape, mirror or create competing training products from our content, and you may not share account credentials outside the seats included in your plan.

Affiliate programme rules

• Fair promotion — describe AI Lessons accurately. No guaranteed income claims, fake testimonials, or misleading pricing.
• No spam — no unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, bots, or unsolicited direct messages. All promotion must comply with UK PECR and advertising rules, including clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship.
• No brand bidding or cookie stuffing — do not bid on "AI Lessons" branded search terms, impersonate the brand, or use coupon or self-referral abuse.
• Payouts — commissions are tracked through Rewardful and paid monthly, in arrears, once a £50 minimum balance is reached, after a 30-day refund and chargeback clearance period. Commission on refunded or fraudulent orders is reversed.
• We may suspend an affiliate account and withhold commissions for breach of these rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability and governing law

Lessons are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
